Building a Foundation for Tomorrow's Leaders

At Girls and Boys of Destiny Foundation, we believe in empowering the next generation with confidence, self-worth, and the tools they need to succeed. Through mentorship, community events, and our annual Fashion Extravaganza, we create opportunities for young boys and girls to embrace their individuality, express themselves, and build a strong foundation for their future.

Founded with a passion for uplifting youth and families, our foundation also gives back by supporting deserving mothers and fathers on Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. We are dedicated to fostering a community where every child knows their potential is limitless, and every family feels supported.

Mission Statement

To use our God-given gifts and talents as a platform to serve others, strengthen communities, and share the love and saving grace of Jesus Christ. We believe in the Word of God and that salvation comes only through faith in Jesus Christ, who died on the cross for our sins. Through our annual Fashion Show, Homeless Luncheon, Youth Scholarship Program, and giving initiatives, we seek to reflect His love, bring hope to others, and glorify His name in all we do.

Our President

Electa Randolph

I’m Electa Randolph, founder and president of the Girls and Boys of Destiny Foundation, a vision God placed in my heart in 1987. For years God has been preparing me for this mandate from Him. I have dedicated my life to preparing, mentoring, and uplifting the next generation, ensuring they walk in confidence and purpose.

I was born in Colbert, Oklahoma, and graduated from Terrell High School in Denison, Texas. My educational journey led me to Tulsa Barber College and Azusa World Ministry Institute, equipping me with skills to serve both in the professional and spiritual realms. Today, I am honored to be on the ministerial staff at The Message Church, under the leadership of Bishop Rick & Pastor Debora Garrett, my spiritual covering.

Family is my greatest blessing—I am the proud mother of five children (one in heaven), seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. As I step into 2025 at 82 years young, I continue to fulfill the promise God gave me so long ago. My journey is a testament that dreams never expire—if God gives the vision, He will bring it to pass.

Darryl Randolph - Vice President

I am Darryl Randolph, Vice President of Girls and Boys of Destiny Foundation, a devoted husband, father, and grandfather with a heart for ministry and service.

Born on May 12, 1963, in Phoenix, Arizona, I later moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma, where I graduated high school in 1982. My spiritual journey led me to Word of Life Bible School, where I graduated in 1992, and in 1997, I was licensed and ordained as a minister of the Gospel under the covering of Apostle Lala Caldwell.

Currently, I serve as a Sunday School Director and am one of five dedicated Sunday School teachers, committed to equipping others with a deeper understanding of God’s Word. My passion for prayer and teaching fuels my ministry, and I am dedicated to helping others grow spiritually.

Beyond ministry, I am also a big sports fan, enjoying the excitement and discipline that athletics bring. Whether in faith, family, or community, I strive to inspire, lead, and uplift those around me through the wisdom and guidance of God.

Monica Lee - Secretary

Monica Lee is a passionate educator with over 27 years of experience and currently serves as an Executive Assistant for a major school district. Her academic journey began at the University of Northern Colorado, where she studied Elementary Education—laying the foundation for a lifelong commitment to nurturing young minds.

Outside of her professional career, Monica treasures her role as a devoted mother and grandmother. She is the proud mom of two college graduates—a son and a daughter—and the joyful “Mema” to six wonderful grandchildren who continue to fill her life with love and purpose.

 

For nearly three decades, Monica has also been devoted to ministry, sharing her musical gifts as a member of the praise team and serving as President of Women of Grace, where she leads with compassion, wisdom, and faith.

Monica finds great fulfillment in connecting with others, learning and growing together, and creating spaces of encouragement and belonging. Her life and work are deeply inspired by the guiding words of Proverbs 22:6:

"Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it."

Kimberly Rudnick - Treasurer

Kimberly Yvette Rudnick is a passionate and dedicated actress lifestyle model, and writer. At 54 years old, she continues to embrace her love for storytelling and inspiring others. Her journey in the entertainment industry began at the age of 14, leading her to graduate from AMTC (Actors, Models, and Talent for Christ) in 2015.

With an unwavering commitment to her craft, Kimberly brings authenticity and depth to every role she undertakes.

Beyond the camera, Kimberly finds joy in reading, writing, and pouring into others. She believes in the power of words to uplift, encourage, and transform lives. Whether through acting, modeling, or storytelling, Kimberly is dedicated to making a lasting impact, using her talents to inspire and connect with people on a meaningful level.

I am TaMara Scott, a woman of faith, family, and purpose. I am a mother to a son who has dedicated his life to service as a firefighter/paramedic and a proud grandmother to a beautiful granddaughter. For the past five years, I have been blessed to share my life with my husband, a strong man of God, whose support and faith inspire me daily.

Professionally, I wear multiple hats. I have been a Registered Dietitian for 10 years, using my expertise to guide others toward better health, and a professional photographer for six years, capturing meaningful moments and stories through my lens. As the owner of two businesses, I am deeply committed to serving others, whether through nutrition, photography, or ministry.

My faith fuels my passion for helping people, and I am honored to serve as a church photographer and media team member. I believe in using the gifts God has blessed me with to uplift, inspire, and bless others. One of my greatest inspirations is the story of Joseph, and I live by Romans 8:28, knowing that all things work together for good for those who love God.

Everything I do is rooted in faith, service, and purpose, and I am committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those around me.
