Thank you for your interest in registering your child to participate as a model in the Girls and Boys of Destiny Foundation Fashion Extravaganza. This annual event is a coordinated community effort between the Girls and Boys of Destiny Foundation and the Garrett Legacy Foundation, created to empower children, strengthen families, and give back to the community.

Through this experience, our girls and boys gain confidence, character, and purpose while learning the importance of service and leadership.

Registration Process (3 Required Steps)

To complete your child’s registration, all three steps below must be completed. Please review the process carefully before beginning.

Step 1: Complete Model Registration

Start by completing the Model Registration Form. This form collects basic information about your child and confirms their interest in participating in the fashion show.

Step 2: Complete the Parent Commitment Form

After submitting the Model Registration Form, parents/guardians are required to complete the Parent Commitment Form.

This form outlines:

• Parent and guardian responsibilities

• Model participation expectations

• Event guidelines and policies

• The shared mission of both partnering foundations

Completion of this form is required for all participating models.

Step 3: Submit the $25 Model Registration Donation

Once the Parent Commitment Form is submitted, you will be automatically redirected to submit the $25 Model Registration Donation.

This donation supports:

• Youth programming and empowerment initiatives

• Event operations and coordination

• Community outreach efforts of both foundations

• Monetary gifts to deserving mothers and fathers on Mother’s Day and Father’s Day

✔️ Your child’s registration is not complete until the donation is submitted

✔️ Models may not participate in fittings, photoshoots, rehearsals, or event activities until all steps are completed.
