Annual Youth Scholarship Program – April

Launching in April 2027 and held annually each April, the Youth Scholarship Program recognizes outstanding students who excel academically, lead with purpose, and serve their communities. Recipients are honored each April and again at the Annual Banquet in November — a powerful reminder that today’s youth are tomorrow’s leaders.

Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders
The Girls and Boys of Destiny Foundation Youth Scholarship Program honors outstanding high school seniors who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership, and a heart for service.
Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be a first-generation college student (neither parent has earned a college degree).
• Must be a high school senior graduating in Spring 2026.
• Must plan to pursue a college degree at an accredited institution.
• Must come from a single-parent household (mother, father, or grandparent raising the student).
• Must have a minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
• Must submit a completed application by February 28, 2026.
Selection Criteria:
Recipients will be chosen based on academic performance, community service, leadership qualities, and their personal story of resilience and purpose.
Recipients will be honored each April during our Annual Youth Scholarship Recognition Ceremony and again at our Annual Banquet in November.
